                        A.      Ordinance #15 of 2006 authorizing amendment to the Code of the City of Auburn, Chapter 285 – Vehicles and Traffic.
                                        
           12. Resolutions

                        A.      Agreement Resolution #260 of 2006 authorizing the Mayor to enter into an agreement with Excellus Health Plan, Inc., for administrative services related to the retiree drug subsidy program application with Medicare.

                        B.      Appointment Resolution #261 of 2006 authorizing the City Manager to appoint Charles Mike Hammon as Fire Chief and to enter into an agreement for the terms of employment.

                        C.      Council Resolution #262 of 2006 authorizing the City Manager to hire a seasonal laborer as Rink Guard for the Department of Public Works/Recreation.
                        
                        D.      Council Resolution #263 of 2006 approving the expenditures presented for payment and authorizing the Comptroller to process the payment of same.  (ATTACHMENT FORTHCOMING)
